​Former market vendor, Rosalinda Balilo

had dreamt of enriching her business.

Selling vegetables and groceries were only

giving enough to sustain her growing family.

Balilo started cooking for some people as

she was managing her stand in Tayabas

Public Market. Constantly, she thought of

many ways to have more income until one day,

the great impact her cooking was having gave

her the idea of owning a catering business.

 

 

March 15, 2009 was quite a big day for her.

It was the birthday of her husband, Ruel Balilo, as well as the first day of operation of her long-planned business. Balilo's Food Supply was its first licensed name for she still had no capital to purchase utilities like chairs, tables, and tents. However, as months grew by, she was able to fund them and decided to changed Balilo's Food Supply to Balilo's Catering.

Balilo's Catering serve safe and quality meals. Unlike other small catering businesses, they assure that their customer achieve the fullest satisfaction whenever they cater their customer's occasions. They train their staffs to perform at their best and behave at their finest.

Balilo's Catering first served the City of Tayabas and now deals across Luzon. It had already received offers from nearby provinces like Batangas and Laguna. And now, maybe it is your turn to experience the service you will come back for.
